Brian T. Reilly is an associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP.
Mr. Reilly represents nursing homes and hospitals in connection with health care collection and reimbursement recovery issues. He is involved in all aspects of this practice area, including the preparation of pleadings, motions and judgments as well as the representation of clients in negotiations and conferences leading to trial.
Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Reilly worked for JPMorgan Chase Bank and its predecessor organizations for 26 years, primarily as a Technology Project Manager.
Mr. Reilly is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Mr. Reilly earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2005, where he won the American Bar Association/Bureau of National Affairs Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law. He earned his B.S. in Management and Communications from Adelphi University in 2001. Mr. Reilly is admitted to practice law in New York State.
