Wayne G. Edwards is a partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP.

Mr. Edwards concentrates his practice in the areas of land use and zoning, helping his clients navigate the complexities of this area of the law. Over the last thirty years, Mr. Edwards has represented developers in both acquiring the property and in obtaining the municipal approvals necessary to construct their projects. He also represents lending institutions in residential and commercial loans, leasing, and the sale and acquisition of commercial and residential properties.

A resident of Merrick, Mr. Edwards is Counsel to the Merrick Library, Counsel to New York State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. and a member of the Nassau County Republican Committee. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Real Estate Group.

Mr. Edwards holds degrees from Long Island University and the Washington and Lee School of Law, and is a member of the Nassau County and the New York State Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
