Todd Rubenstein is a partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger, LLP.  He is also Director of the firm's Transportation Law Practice Group.

Mr. Rubenstein is an experienced litigator at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Rubenstein's areas of practice include transportation law,  insurance defense litigation, intellectual property, medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, contracts, real estate, and commercial transactions.

Since 1993, Mr. Rubenstein has served as Assistant General Counsel to New England Motor Freight, Inc., a federally licensed trucking company, and its affiliated companies that have annual revenues of approximately $400 Million. In his capacity as Assistant General Counsel, Mr. Rubenstein jointly oversees all aspects of litigation and legal matters, including personal injury defense, contracts, real estate, leases, commercial litigation, banking, insurance, and finance.

Mr. Rubenstein is a former member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of Ten Park Avenue Tenants' Corp. He is also a graduate of the C. Willard Heckel Inn of Court. Mr. Rubenstein is active in several professional organizations such as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, Union County Bar Association, the Transportation Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Nassau Lawyers' Association of Long Island.

Mr. Rubenstein is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Rubenstein was an intern for the Honorable Dickinson R. Debevoise, Senior Judge of the United States District Court in Newark, New Jersey. Mr. Rubenstein is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
