Stacy A. Steinberg is a partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP.

Ms. Steinberg's practice includes commercial litigation and health law. She supervises the firm's major health care commercial litigation and arbitration matters against managed care. She also manages the refund advisory group, overseeing audits of doctors and other health care professionals, handling monetary refund demands and advising providers on how to successfully respond and/or defend against a carrier's claims. Ms. Steinberg also represents health care providers in connection with civil and criminal fraud investigations and health care regulatory matters, and she advises providers in connection with billing and reimbursement for office based surgical procedures. In addition, Ms. Steinberg represents health care providers regarding corporate structure and compliance issues.

Ms. Steinberg received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Contracts and honors in the Health Law Concentration. Ms. Steinberg is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
