Barry H. Gleen is Of Counsel at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger, LLP and part of the Immigration & Nationality law practice.
Mr. Gleen has more than 25 years of experience practicing immigration law. He specializes in obtaining both temporary (E, H, L, and O) and permanent visas (green cards), for both individuals and employees of the firm's clients. Mr. Gleen's clients include entertainment conglomerates, drug and pharmaceutical companies, perfume manufacturers, investment banks and engineering companies.
Mr. Gleen is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, serving as Chair of its Corporate Practice Committee from 2002-2003 and 2008-2009. He has lectured widely in the U.S. and abroad on U.S. immigration matters and is a frequent participant in the "Ask the Experts" programs sponsored by AILA. Mr. Gleen is fluent in French and Spanish, having received a diploma from the French Study Institute of the University of Grenoble.
Mr. Gleen was recognized a leading Immigration lawyer by New York Magazine's The Best Lawyers in America 2010 and 2011.Mr. Gleen is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree Phi Beta Kappa from the State University of New York. Mr. Gleen is admitted in New York as well as the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York and U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. In addition to AILA, Mr. Gleen is a member of the New York Bar Association.
