Ms. Laraby is an associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger, LLP in its Rochester office.

Ms. Laraby advises health care facilities, providers and organizations in connection with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues, HIPAA, various fraud and abuse matters and the creation and implementation of internal compliance programs.  Her experience also includes assisting clients with advance directives, EMTALA, and False Claims Act qui tam litigation.

Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Laraby was an associate at Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy, LLP where she represented individuals and corporations in traditional and complex civil matters in state and federal court.  Her experience includes general tort defense, labor and employment, medical malpractice, ERISA, insurance coverage, and commercial and business litigation. 

Ms. Laraby received her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University.  She received her B.S. from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, magna cum laude.

Ms. Laraby is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
