Kevin J. Davis

Kevin J. Davis is an associate at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger, LLP.

Mr. Davis is responsible for handling all aspects of No-Fault Insurance litigation, including: drafting pleadings and motions; conducting trials and arbitrations; taking depositions; conducting settlement negotiations; and preparing and presenting oral arguments.

Prior to joining Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Einiger, LLP, Mr. Davis worked as a contract attorney for Deloitte, Inc.  Mr. Davis has experience managing insurance defense cases, negotiating settlements, arguing procedural and dispositive motions, and deposing expert witnesses to be used in pending trials.

Mr. Davis received a B.A., from Rutgers University in 2003 and a J.D., from Albany Law School in 2007.   During his time there he served as a clinical extern for the New York State Board of Elections and the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of NY.  Mr. Davis performed research regarding state regulations enacted in accordance with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), drafted trial briefs and legal memorandum relating to improper entry to the US without inspection, conducted research regarding federal criminal law, and drafted motions to suppress.

Mr. Davis is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
